You’re Not Waiting on the Blessing—You’re Learning to Walk in It

Understanding What God Has Already Done

It Started in the Spirit First

Genesis 1:1 (NLT) tells us, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth,” and Revelation 22:13 reminds us that He is “the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” Before anything existed in the natural, God already was—and everything that flows from Him is rooted in the Spirit. John 4:24 tells us that God is Spirit, and we must worship Him in spirit and in truth, which means we can’t relate to Him casually or superficially. We have to know Him for real—who He is, how He moves, and what He has already established. And if we don’t understand that, we’ll miss what He’s doing… and start wondering why His blessings don’t seem to show up.

God didn’t leave us guessing. He gave us His Word because it is life to us. It sustains us, corrects us, and shows us how His Kingdom actually works. Without it, we start drifting into our own understanding, and that’s where confusion creeps in. Some people quietly believe God is holding back what they need, but Psalm 84:11 tells us He does not withhold any good thing from those who love and honor Him. So if something feels blocked, we have to be honest enough to ask—am I aligned with Him, or am I trying to pull spiritual things into a life that isn’t in agreement with His Word?

Where Things Get Misaligned

In John 6:63, Jesus tells us, “The Spirit alone gives eternal life. Human effort accomplishes nothing… the very words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.” That right there exposes the issue. We keep trying to produce spiritual outcomes through natural effort, and it doesn’t work. Romans 8:7 says that a mind set on the flesh is hostile to God—it won’t submit, and honestly, it can’t. So when we live led by feelings, pressure, or self-effort, we’re operating outside the flow of faith, even if we think we’re doing everything right.

This is why 2 Corinthians 4:18 tells us to fix our eyes on what cannot be seen, because what we see right now is temporary—but what is unseen is eternal. A lot of us have it flipped. We treat what we can touch as more real than the Kingdom of God, and that disconnect will keep us stuck. Because you can’t reach for what you don’t recognize—and if you’re not seeing spiritually, you won’t recognize what God already released.

What “Manifestation” Actually Means in Christ

Ephesians 1:3 tells us something that should shift everything: “All praise to God… who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.” Not some blessings. Not future blessings. Every spiritual blessing has already been given through Jesus Christ. That means we’re not waiting on God to decide—we’re learning how to walk in what He already finished through Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection.

So when we talk about “manifestation,” we’re not talking about creating something out of nothing. We’re talking about bringing into visible reality what God has already established in the Spirit—through alignment, faith, and obedience to the Holy Spirit. Philippians 2:13 (NLT) tells us, “For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.” That means He’s not just the source of the blessing—He’s also the One working in you so you can walk it out. You’re not empty, and you’re not lacking. In Christ, you’re already equipped.

Trust, See, and Speak in Agreement

This is where it becomes practical. If everything starts in the Spirit, then we don’t move ahead of God—we move with Him. We trust His character, we allow Him to shape our vision, and we speak in agreement with what He has said. Proverbs 18:21 reminds us that death and life are in the power of the tongue, so what we say matters more than we think. You can’t consistently speak against what God promised and still expect to walk in it.

Faith isn’t something you force—it’s something that forms when God opens your eyes to see what He’s already done. And once you see it, everything shifts. You stop striving, and you start aligning. You stop chasing, and you start receiving. You stop living like you’re waiting for your life to begin, and you realize—in Christ, it already has.

So work with God. Stay yielded to the Holy Spirit. Let Him correct what needs correcting and release what needs releasing. Because the truth is, you’re not trying to convince God to bless you. Through Jesus Christ, He already has. Now it’s about living in full agreement with what heaven has already said yes to.
